Since 2005, I’ve sent a lot of money to Shaun Inman for Mint (haveamint.com). And I’m fine with that! I currently monitor EIGHT Mint installs! Some think Mint is a little on the old side now, and maybe it does have an oudated feel, but Mint (along with Pepper) offers exactly what I need. I don’t have an interest in heatmaps anymore or being too nosy about my visitors. Mint gives me the facts I need to make smart decisions about any site I’m trying to improve.
